Girder Clamps Secure Adjustable Pulley System

Contractors used Girder Clamps from Lindapter to secure the adjustable support system and pulley guides at Berlin Theatre. The steel beams were connected together with the Type A Girder Clamps to create the supporting framework. The pulley guides that are used to control the curtains and props were then attached to the beams using more Type A clamps.

Lindapter's Girder Clamp was specified because of its high strength capacity and adjustability. Lindapter's strong reputation and range of independent approvals, such as the CE mark gave the engineers further confidence that the Type A was the correct product for the application.

The Girder Clamps provide lateral adjustability which enables a quick reconfiguration to suit stage requirements by simply loosening and sliding the beams into position, before retightening with standard hand tools. Using the Lindapter clamping method cuts installation time and money while avoiding damage to the steelwork or coatings.
