KTR - Always Close to the Wind

In Germany where there are currently more than 20,000 wind power stations, the "Yield of Wind Energy" is set to be doubled over the next 10 years in spite of a reduction in the number of stations. This is to be done by "repowering" (i.e. replacing) the old low-power stations with bigger plants.
