Vacuum Welding Clamps

Steel plate fabrication requires butt jointed plates to be pulled up so that edges are flush. The KV Vacuum welding clamp allows both plates to be held firmly by vacuum pads, while a centrally mounted jacking screw is used to bring both plate edges in line. The plates can then be welded together.The vacuum welding clamp can be supplied with either manual screw or hydraulic jack. The standard unit is of rugged construction and produced in steel. A light weight aluminium alloy version is also available.
