The JCE Restricted Breathing Test Kit is designed to perform routine maintenance on all Ex nR equipment (as defined in IEC60079-0 and IEC60079-15).
Compact and user-friendly in design, the kit features a vacuum gauge mounted on a standalone plate, along with a Velcro hand strap for use where space is limited. The hand pump connects to the plate, and the vacuum line attaches to the enclosure under test.
The kit is used to create the correct vacuum in accordance with the supplied instructions. Once the required vacuum level is achieved, the enclosure is considered safe for continued operation until the next scheduled inspection.
