Fan

The JCE HA225 Fan Set is engineered for pressurisation, ventilation and purge systems in offshore containerised modules. Compact and durable, it is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 classified areas and is commonly used in accommodation units, laboratories, control rooms and other enclosed industrial spaces.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel with TIG-welded chassis and filter housings, the fan is built to perform in harsh environments. It features a backward curved impeller with anti-spark brass components, a washable intake filter, gas detector mounting, and a duct connection transformer for easy integration.

Powered by a 1.1 kW flameproof motor with IP56 protection, the HA225 delivers airflow rates up to 1450 m³/h depending on operating frequency. Motors are certified for hazardous zones and available in 2-pole configurations for 50 Hz or 60 Hz applications.

The HA225 can be configured for either supply or extract systems and installed with accessories including volume control dampers, anti-vibration mounts and isolators.
