Hybrid cooler for Process Cooling

Jaeggi Guentner have supplied a hybrid cooler for 2500kW cooling capacity for a major manufacturer of plastic bottles to the food & drinks industry. The new factory is located in the centre of an established UK business park and so the operating characteristics of hybrid coolers, which include very low noise levels and absence of visible vapour plumes under all operating conditions are very important. But most of all, it was the low energy requirements of hybrid cooling and the fact that the hybrid cooler saves around 80% of the water consumption compared to traditional cooling towers that influenced the owner, who also specified Jaeggi hybrid coolers for other new factory projects in Europe, USA and China.
