Our ability to deliver products on time is critical to our service offering. We use a range of methods to fulfil this requirement. Airfreight and Sea freight are used from Asia depending on the volume and delivery required. We work with most global carriers including DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex. We do not charge any extra for delivery to our customer, all freight and handling charges are including in our price (unless a customer requires specific terms such as FOB HK). All shipments are fully track and traceable to ensure that we are able to ensure on-time delivery.
