The usual practice to confirm portable appliance testing is to simply affix a sticky label. We do not believe that this is sufficient or adequate so we also provide an ‘Electrical Appliance Safety Inspection’ (E.A.S.I) certificate. This is to certify that inspection and tests have been carried out in accordance with the specified legislation and with the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) Code of Practice for in-service electrical equipment.
