This high density, low frequency, 2mm connector is a low cost product with proven reliability, enabling 'Board-to-Board', 'Board-to-Wire', or 'Wire-to-Wire' interconnections. The 2mm pitch layout enables a 40% space saving over a conventional 2.54mm connector and is is ideal for applications where safety is key, the application is subject to high loads of vibration and shock or operates in harsh environments. An optional spring latch is available to ensure security of interconnection between mated pairs. Originally developed in conjunction with the Harwin Datamate series, these connectors can intermate with known industry equivalents like ATI and Nicomatic.
