EthyleneChloroTriFluoroEthylene, to give ECTFE it's full title, is a highly robust chemical resistant fluoropolymer. Commonly applied at 500 microns to 800 microns thickness, ECTFE has long experience within the chemicals industry. The highly tough and resilient nature of the coating makes it extremely useful for applications where wear is anticipated. Electrical insulation is also fantastic.
