Dew point measurement of SF6

The MBW973-SF6 is a precision chilled mirror device which accurately determines dew point, and simultaneously measures sulfur dioxide to indicate sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) purity. The MBW973-SF6 analyser allows measurements of sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) to be made with zero emissions. The system combines an integral pump and cylinder, passing sample gas through the measurement head to be stored. When testing is complete, the gas can be returned by pumping it back into the gas system, without the need to vent the measured gas. An optional and integrated electrochemical cell monitors SO2 levels with a measurement range of either 0 to 100 ppmv or 0 to 500 ppmv.
