Oxygen Measurements at % Level: for SIL Applications

The PMA30 provides fast, accurate and reliable oxygen measurement in a 19" cassette. It has a SIL rating according EN61508 and includes an integral flow alarm. Two possible configurations are: 1. PMA30A/D has a combined analogue/digital meter 2. PMA30/D has only a digital meter The M&C magneto-dynamic measurement cell uses the physical phenomenon that paramagnetism is significantly higher for oxygen than other common gases to provide the most accurate and reliable measurements available. The small (2 ml) flow cell houses a robust sensor that can have a flow rate of up to 1 l/min which has led to improved speeds of response. Oxygen concentrations are measured by the paramagnetic sensor, with a response time of less than 3 seconds. This system can be used for trace level oxygen measurements as well as oxygen purity applications as 5 selectable ranges are possible on the analyser: 1. 0 to 1% 2. 0 to 3% 3. 0 to 10% 4. 0 to 30% 5. and 0 to 100%
