There is no need for sub contractors to build your Garden Summerhouse as our prices are inclusive of base foundation installation and electrics. We project manage your Summerhouse and complete your Garden Building with our own staff. Prices start from £9,000 Inc.Vat for a 3m x 2.4m Garden Building. As with all our Timber Garden Buildings: You can choose the Summerhouse style and as many windows and doors as you want without further cost. You can choose the external paint colour or wood-stain without any further cost. There is also no charge for us to obtain planning permission where applicable for your Summerhouse. John Simmons, the Proprietor of Homestead Timber Buildings will visit you free to discuss your Summerhouse requirements in detail and work with you to design a garden building to your exact requirements.
