Our Citizen sliding head lathes run bar up to 32mm diameter as standard. Our newest machine extends that to 38mm.

That sweet spot covers pins, studs, shafts, spacers, bushes and plenty more. If your part sits in that range, sliding head turning is often the most accurate and economical way to make it.
