In order to guarantee the proper functioning of your heat pump, we have listed a few useful tips. Make sure that the plants around your heat pump are well pruned and free of leaves. This allows the airflow to circulate optimally. Your DURA+i heat pump is fitted with a small pipe that drains the condensed water to avoid water-puddles. Check occasionally that other objects do not obstruct the drainpipe. If the evaporator (the air intake grill on the side or at the back of your heat pump) is dirty, it can be cleaned very easily.
