For each single kW used by the Garden Pac AquaX heat pump, between 5 to 15kW are returned to the pool as heat, depending on the air & water temperatures. Warranty & Support The New AquaX heat pumps come with the following warranty:- 12 Year Titanium Heat exchanger warranty 12 Year Compressor warranty 5 Years Parts only Warranty If a part is required, it will be sent to site free of charge. The customer is to pay for the labour charges to diagnose the fault and install the part(s) Alternatively, the customer can return the unit to the UK support centre for repair. The customer pays the transport cost to return it for repair.  If the fault is a warranty issue, then the parts and labour are supplied free of charge, if it is not a warranty issue, then the repair and return transport cost will be charged to the customer. HeatPumps4Pools also have a network of engineers who can maintain or repair any heat pump Warranty subject to the unit being installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
