20 imp hot runner tool

HMTooling supplies optical mouldings for use in motorway signs. Different front optical lenses are used for different signs. The optics are first proved in a dedicated prototype tool. The optics vary depending on the signs position and use. Once the optics have been defined they are machined into a 20 imp stripper plate. This plate then fits into a 20 impression hot runner tool. This enables the expensive hot runner and parabola slides to be used for several mouldings. The gate scar is just visible on the bottom face. (Inside peg)
