Break-away Safety Valves

Our safety valves are designed to be fitted close to the pump, in-line in the fuel delivery hose, between the pump and the nozzle. When re-fuelling, if a driver leaves the nozzle in the filler neck of the vehicle and drives off, the valve will snap into two parts and both parts will be shut off, keeping the fuel contained and keeping spillage to a minimum. (Note: Cannot be re-used after depoyment.) Material aluminium ~ Viton ~ stainless steel ~ POM ~ PVC Max WP 0.18Mpa Operation environment -30° C ~ +55° C Valve closing speed 0.1 - 0.5s
