Basic Equipment

The following components come with all packaged units as standard. This enables immediate operation as soon as the unit has been wired up and plumbed into the air system: Tri-Lobe Blower. Supporting frame with intake / discharge silencers. Flexible pipe work connections. Pressure gauge - control p3, from models 6/42 up. Electric Motor. Visual filter restriction indicator, from range 10/42 up (vacuum gauge if unit is completed with sound enclosure). Belt drives / Direct coupling drive (dependant on selected blower type). Drive guard covers (if unit is not completed with sound enclosure). Integrated pressure relief / unloading start-up valve, for range 50/102 - 110/802 from pressure 300mb (other units are supplied with pressure relief valves, or vacuum relief valves, dependant on package type). Non-return flap valve for discharge silencer ( pressure packages only). Complete technical / Installation documentation for packaged unit.
