The Linear Slicer is robust enough to split products of virtually any length and up to three inches in nominal height. The high quality stainless steel construction makes the slicer easy to clean while enhanced safety guarding guarantees safe operation. Both single and dual in-feed conveyor systems are available with cutting zones of up to 10 inches per lane to meet your processing needs. Grote’s Linear Slicer incorporates our patented AccuBand® blade cutting technology to cut fresh poultry, pork, beef and other whole muscle products lengthwise, effectively splitting them into two pieces.
