We take rubber from 1.7m x 40m rolls and factory weld it into single sheets of almost any width up to 60m, or box weld liners to the exact shape of your excavation. All seams are full overlap, hot bond vulcanised factory welds, so there are no folds and no fiddly site seaming on the day.

SealEco EPDM (Greenseal) is a synthetic rubber made by SealEco AB in Sweden, the same manufacturer that has supplied our Butyl for over 30 years. During production the rubber is vulcanised, which gives an elastic, chemically stable sheet that ages very little when exposed to UV, weather, earth, water and temperature extremes.

Made to measure liners mean your team is not wrestling with a dozen small sheets and a bucket of adhesive on site. The liner arrives folded to suit the job, gets pulled into position and is ready to fill, saving labour and cutting the risk of installation mistakes.
