Our in-house fabrication is what sets us apart. We take rubber from 1.7m x 40m rolls and factory weld it into single sheets of almost any width up to 60m, or box weld liners to the exact shape of your excavation. All seams are full overlap, hot bond vulcanised factory welds, so there are no folds and no fiddly site seaming on the day.

Our liners have an expected service life of 70 years or more. That is not a marketing number plucked from thin air. It comes from vulcanised EPDM rubber that resists UV, frost, heat and chemical attack far better than cheaper plastic sheeting, so the liner goes in once and stays put.

Our unique manufacturing system produces single sheet liners from as small as 2m x 2m right up to 1,800m² lagoon liners. For even bigger schemes, multiple factory made panels can be welded together on site using our patented Hot-Bond site weld presses.
