Plastic Water Tanks

At Goodwin Plastics we manufacture bespoke water tanks to fit you application. All tanks are made from virgin grade polypropylene, 6mm or 9mm thick depending on tank size.We use two types of welding on a water tank, hot air and extrusion welding. All thanks come complete with BSP threaded fittings ranging from 1/2" BSP to 1 1/2" BSP (larger are available). These are welded into the tank in any position that you require, also supplied are the relivent size hose tails. Stright or 90 Deg.All tanks are baffled to stop the surge of water during movement. We also fix the lid (Top) of the tank to the baffle on the inside, by our unique fixing system.We can manufacture a wide range of shapes, from triangular (to fit in the bow of your narrowboat) To rectangular to fit under seating etc.Our tanks are all cut by our in house CNC Machine, this gives us the ease of making sure that all sections of your tank are cut to a tolerence of 0.04mm.Optional extras are:Inspection Hatch Sight level Gauge Electronic Level Gauge
