Senior Project Manager

Glazing Refurbishment ltd are looking for a Senior Project Manager. The company covers numerous facets throughout the commercial glazing and refurbishment sector all of which are based around the production and construction, repair and maintenance of high level glass structures and facades. The successful candidate will be based in Newmarket Working in a vibrant and driven office. Working across multiple, glazing refurbishment focused projects in the UK, the role delivers high quality, glazing repair and maintenance operations with direct client interface a requirement. The role will require the successful candidate to provide Project Management on projects and PM support to clients, on time, within budget and to the agreed standards along with continual input into the development and promotion of best practice and processes. The candidate will be required to lead on projects and support the development of a sustainable pipeline of work within the commercial glazing refurbishment market. You will build and manage the team to assist the delivery of projects to achieve client aims or resolve specific issues. You will also establish the organisation and strategy by which projects are undertaken motivating and guiding team members to achieve defined project goals. Working collaboratively and independently to achieve defined goals, holding others accountable where appropriate you’ll mentor and support staff to ensure the team delivers projects to client expectations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the provision of Project Management on projects of varying size and complexity and will demonstrate a detailed understanding of project management techniques and practices, including contractual and commercial issues, typically gained through experience and supported by a relevant degree and qualification. They will have the ability to apply, interpret and develop techniques through knowledge and experience to lead project team members to achieve their goals. The candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills together with a logical and pragmatic approach to problem resolution and an emphasis on meeting the needs of the clients.
