We manufacture a comprehensive range of high quality Mica Plate Heaters in flat, 'L' form, 'U' form or frame configurations which are all tailored to suit each individual customer's requirements. Cast Aluminium & Cast Bronze versions are also available. All heaters are custom-made to include fixing holes, Thermocouple holes, eyebolt holes and cutouts. Threaded bridges to accommodate Thermocouples can also be included. All voltage combinations including 3 phase can be manufactured.We provide Plate Heaters, Nozzle Heaters, Cartridge Heaters, Heating elements, Barrel Heaters, Band Heaters, Tool Heaters, Strip Heaters, Die heaters, Ceramic band heaters, Mica band heaters, Cast heaters, Ceramic Heaters, Coil Heaters, Drum heaters, Heater Plugs, Cartridge Heaters, Rod heaters, Electrical heating elements, Supplying to plastics industry, Supplying to packaging industry, Custom made heaters Numerous termination options such as terminal boxes, 2 pin or 3 pin sockets and flying leads can be fitted. Brass liners & insulating cloths can be included to ensure that they are constructed to the same specification as original tooling heaters.
