Digital Temperature Control Units

We supply a range of temperature controllers ranging from simple analogue units to sophisticated multi-zone units. The range of Shinko & Vertex PID controllers is available on quick deliveries and in the following sizes 48mm x 48mm, 48mm x 96mm & 96mm x 96mm. The PID controllers come as standard with multiple input selection & auto tuning. Multi-zone controllers can be supplied up to 12 zones & feature individual PID controllers which can be removed & interchanged to eliminate downtime and save the significant cost of replacing a complete unit. These multi-zone units can also be supplied with the appropriate heater & thermocouple cables with the corresponding plug/sockets to ensure compatibility with existing hot runner systems.
