Our range of Cartridge Heaters are supplied at 230 volts as standard, but can also be available in other voltages. They can be manufactured in either metric or imperial sizes, with a diameter ranging from 4.5mm to 32mm. Other design features are available such as current return via casing and varied heating zones.
Our Cartridge Heaters can be supplied with a variety of lead types ranging from glass fibre and metal braid to high temperature insulation such as Kapton. Designs can be fitted with a dedicated earth lead and an integral Type ‘J’ or Type ‘K’ Thermocouple. An integral PT100 probe can also be incorporated depending on other design factors. A variety of additional options such as right-angled bends, threaded fittings and welded flanges can also be fitted.
