Design & Production of Cordless Hair Straighteners

Frazer have developed the free2style high-performance cordless hair straightener, from styling concept to tooling and parts supply from China for it's UK client. The free2style device incorporates novel low-voltage PTC tourmaline ceramic coated heatplates. The Lithium Polymer battery provides over 40 minutes operation at high 220c degree setting on one charge, that is an advance over previous cordless products. The design development has involved an innovation of an arm lock for safety and battery conservation to critical plastic material design and selection for heat resistance.
