Design & Production of BT Vision

The BT Vision project brought together a multidisciplinary creative and technical team to investigate all aspects of the product service and experience, from brand identity business propostion, onscreen graphics, to industrial design and manufacturing technology. The project brief objective set out to develop a seamless interaction between the physical remote control and the electronic user interface for BT's new IPTV broadband service. Designs for the remote control and set top box were developed through extensive user research into the user interaction with the onscreen system. Form, colour and graphics were refined using renderings, models and prototypes, to evaluate the fit with the brand proposition, ergonomics and user acceptance.
