Rafts for “D-Pale & W-Pale” configurationscan be provided for quick changeovers.The top rolls are all adjustable and the rolling pressureis set at each station via a gauged screw onto aground setting block. This eliminates the need forlengthy operator intervention periods setting eachpass individually when running different gaugematerials.On the exit of the rollformer there is De-twist unitmounted, to take out any bow or twist which may beinduced into the product during the forming process.
