Acoustic foam can be cut to your own specific size, and thermo-moulded for specific automotive sound damping areas. We also offer a range of PU acoustic foam with unique facings, such as oil resistant films, perforated vinyls, and aluminium foils, all of which help to enhance the properties of the foam and offer a wipe clean surface. All of our acoustic foam products can also be supplied with High Performance self adhesive. Naturally all our foam meets the necessary flame retardency standards demanded by each specific market such as FMVSS 302 and UL94 HF1. A particularly popular acoustic foam is our FT-70 impregnated to meet Pt 6&7 Class 1 & Class ‘0’, which is totally non-burning to BS476. We have supplied this grade to the Ministry of Defence for insulating armoured vehicles, and even to the Prison Service for padded cells.
