Filtration Foams

Our extensive range of reticulated filter foams have been developed to meet the highest of standards. All filtration foams are polyurethane based with either a polyester or polyether polyol additive, we are confident that we have the most diverse range of filter foams available in the world. Each grade of filter foam is individually manufactured, and the manufacturing process controlled to such an extent that even the variable weather temperature is taken into consideration when the foam is made. Nowadays we supply our filtration foam into many markets, such as: 1. Ceramic filter matrixes 2. Air filtration for Heating and Ventilation units 3. Water filters for aquatic ponds and tanks 4. High performance car and motorcycle filters 5. Activated charcoal filters for odour elimination 6. Rigid filters 7. HME filters Recent developments within our range of reticulated filter foams are a new 110 ppi white polyether foam for use as a medical dressing, and an 8 ppi black polyester filter foam for use as a ceramic filter.
