As we return from the festive break and find ourselves in full lockdown yet again, don’t panic, Firstpoint is committed to keeping your business up and running with a fully operational team and global partner network. With our tried and tested COVID secure policies already in place, you can rest easy that all your deliveries will be taken care of as usual, regardless of the service you need or the sector you operate in. As always, your client account managers will be working hard to ensure your items are delivered safely, securely and on time, and are at end of the phone eager to help with any concerns or queries you may have. To assure the safety of our staff and clients we will continue to operate a contactless collection and delivery protocol which may mean we are not always able to provide proof of delivery by means of signature. We will however, continue to provide full name or photographic evidence of all deliveries we make. Our customer satisfaction continues to be our top priority and you can expect nothing less than the usual exceptional standards of service from the Firstpoint team. So let’s stay safe and carry on!
