When it comes to summit filming in London, experience counts. Summits run over multiple sessions and rooms, which needs planning, crew numbers and a clear schedule to cover everything. Film Your Event has covered hundreds of events and knows exactly how to capture them.
For summits, we can provide anything from a single camera operator to a full multi camera crew with live vision mixing. Audio equipment and lighting are included as standard.
Our crew includes self shooting producers and directors, experienced editors and specialist photographers. Together they cover every stage of the job, from planning to final delivery.
We provide everything from live streaming with branded layouts to full video production with editing, graphics and animation. Photography can be added to any package, so one team covers the whole event.
We are a small, efficient team, which means you deal with the same people from first call to final delivery. Many of our clients have been with us since the start, and that says a lot about how we work.
We are used to working around tight running orders and last minute changes. If a speaker overruns or the schedule shifts, we adapt without fuss and keep recording.
