Film Your Event offers lecture filming at the Royal Institution for businesses and organisations that want a professional result without the stress. The Royal Institution's famous lecture theatre suits recorded talks and science events that audiences want to watch again.
Every venue has its own rules on access, power, rigging and load in times. For the Royal Institution, we sort this out with the venue team in advance so the day runs smoothly.
Our crew includes self shooting producers and directors, experienced editors and specialist photographers. Together they cover every stage of the job, from planning to final delivery.
We provide everything from live streaming with branded layouts to full video production with editing, graphics and animation. Photography can be added to any package, so one team covers the whole event.
If this is your first time booking a video crew, we will guide you through it. We explain the options in plain English, recommend what will work and give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
We can take a clean audio feed from the venue sound desk where available, which gives a far better result than relying on camera microphones alone. Where there is no desk, we bring our own.
