Guildford's university, business parks and hotels see plenty of conferences and corporate events. That is where Film Your Event comes in. We provide an event videographer in Guildford backed by almost two decades of experience and hundreds of happy customers.
Travelling to Guildford is straightforward for us. We plan logistics in advance, liaise with the venue and arrive with everything we need, including backup equipment so nothing is left to chance.
Our services cover event filming, live streaming and webcasting, hybrid events, talks and interviews, corporate video production and photography. Setups range from a single camera to multi camera productions, with professional audio and lighting included.
Editing is included with all our filming packages. We also offer graphics, animation and post production, and we are happy to edit footage you have already shot.
Getting the filming right is key, but the edit is where the story comes together. We work closely with you during post production, sending drafts and making changes so the finished video is delivered on time and on budget.
For events in Guildford, we agree a clear schedule in advance, including arrival times, set up, rehearsals and breakdown. That keeps costs predictable and means there is no scrambling on the day.
