Film Your Event offers event photography in Hackney for businesses and organisations that want a professional result without the stress. Hackney's creative venues, breweries and studios host launches and community events with plenty of character.
We know Hackney well. Hotels, office suites, members' clubs and conference venues all have their own challenges with light, sound and space, and we plan around them before the day so there are no surprises.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
If this is your first time booking a video crew, we will guide you through it. We explain the options in plain English, recommend what will work and give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
Timing matters in Hackney. Venues often allow limited access before doors open, so we arrive early, set up quickly and test everything twice. By the time your first guest walks in, we are ready and out of the way.
