Need event filming in Covent Garden you can rely on? Film Your Event is a London based video production company with almost 20 years of experience filming, streaming and photographing events of every size. Covent Garden mixes theatre spaces, hotel suites and private event rooms, each with its own lighting and sound quirks to work around.
Events in Covent Garden come in all shapes and sizes, from boardroom briefings for 20 people to conferences with hundreds of delegates. We scale the crew and kit to suit, so you only pay for what the job actually needs.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
We keep things straightforward. First a chat to understand the brief, then planning and preparation, then a confident, professional production day. After that we edit, share drafts and refine the final video until it is right.
Timing matters in Covent Garden. Venues often allow limited access before doors open, so we arrive early, set up quickly and test everything twice. By the time your first guest walks in, we are ready and out of the way.
