Film Your Event offers event filming at the Science Museum for businesses and organisations that want a professional result without the stress. The Science Museum hosts corporate events and launches surrounded by exhibits that make for great cutaway shots.
Filming at the Science Museum means thinking about lighting, sound feeds and camera positions well before the doors open. We visit or review the space beforehand where possible and plan accordingly.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
If this is your first time booking a video crew, we will guide you through it. We explain the options in plain English, recommend what will work and give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
If your event at the Science Museum spans several rooms, we can split the crew to cover breakouts and plenary sessions at the same time, then bring it all together in the edit.
