Film Your Event offers conference videographer at the QEII Centre for businesses and organisations that want a professional result without the stress. The QEII Centre in Westminster hosts government, industry and international conferences that call for broadcast quality coverage.
We can cover events at the QEII Centre and work alongside in house AV teams and production companies to make sure the filming fits in with everything else going on.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
If this is your first time booking a video crew, we will guide you through it. We explain the options in plain English, recommend what will work and give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
If your event at the QEII Centre spans several rooms, we can split the crew to cover breakouts and plenary sessions at the same time, then bring it all together in the edit.
