One Great George Street's grand halls host engineering and professional conferences that need clean, well lit footage. Our team has close to 20 years behind it, so when you book conference filming at One Great George Street with us, you get people who know what it takes to get it right first time.
Every venue has its own rules on access, power, rigging and load in times. For One Great George Street, we sort this out with the venue team in advance so the day runs smoothly.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
The process is simple. Get in touch for free, no obligation advice and we will scope out what you need. We then handle pre production, liaise with the venue and other crews, film or stream on the day and work with you through the edit until you are happy with the result.
If your event at One Great George Street spans several rooms, we can split the crew to cover breakouts and plenary sessions at the same time, then bring it all together in the edit.
