Need conference filming at ExCeL London you can rely on? Film Your Event is a London based video production company with almost 20 years of experience filming, streaming and photographing events of every size. ExCeL is huge, with vast halls and busy seminar theatres, so planning camera positions and audio feeds early makes all the difference.
We can cover events at ExCeL London and work alongside in house AV teams and production companies to make sure the filming fits in with everything else going on.
Editing is included with all our filming packages. We also offer graphics, animation and post production, and we are happy to edit footage you have already shot.
Our services cover event filming, live streaming and webcasting, hybrid events, talks and interviews, corporate video production and photography. Setups range from a single camera to multi camera productions, with professional audio and lighting included.
We keep things straightforward. First a chat to understand the brief, then planning and preparation, then a confident, professional production day. After that we edit, share drafts and refine the final video until it is right.
Large venues often have strict rules on cable runs, rigging points and fire exits. We work within those rules and coordinate with venue staff so nobody trips over a lead or blocks a doorway.
