Need AGM filming in London you can rely on? Film Your Event is a London based video production company with almost 20 years of experience filming, streaming and photographing events of every size. AGMs need an accurate record of every speaker, every vote and every question, and many shareholders now expect to watch online.
We work closely with organisers before AGMs take place, agreeing the running order, the shots that matter and how the footage will be used afterwards.
As well as filming, we offer live streaming and webcasting with all equipment and tech support provided. We can stream to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms, and we can brand your stream with logos and custom layouts.
We can film your event for later editing, stream it live, or do both at once. Photography, teleprompter hire and AV support are all available, so you get one point of contact for everything.
We keep things straightforward. First a chat to understand the brief, then planning and preparation, then a confident, professional production day. After that we edit, share drafts and refine the final video until it is right.
Discretion matters at AGMs. Our crew dress appropriately, keep noise to a minimum and stay out of sightlines, so guests remember the event, not the camera operators.
