Electrified Monorail Systems

Our Electrified Monorail System (EMS) conveyors are available to accommodate a range of loads from 100kg up to 6000kg. EMS Conveyors are used in a wide range of applications including component assembly and delivery, and vehicle assembly. They are reliable, quiet and clean in operation. Independent control of the EMS trolleys offers variable process speeds to suit assembly applications and fast delivery speeds between processes to reduce WIP. High stopping accuracy is provided where the carriers interface with off-board equipment such as robot loading.
