Ultrasonic Deblinding System

Our ultrasonic frequency variation excitation technology is a brand new system compared to existing manufacturers resonance excitation. Whilst their system requires a ring to be returned to them to be tuned to a specific mesh size our system tunes itself digitally. It provides for high frequency ultrasonic waves from 30 - 40 khz, whereas older systems only operate at 36khz. The 36khz type are renowned for causing fatigue to the mesh rings as well as the woven mesh itself, which is very expensive as the ring must be retruned to the manufacturer for remeshing. The AGS and DGS type systems we use operate at low temperature and the u/s converter is outside of the internal product contact area of the sieve.
