Corten Weathering Steel Raised Garden Bed Panel 560mm x 1m Zero-Flex The Straightcurve Zero-Flex raised garden bed panel is a 560mm high x 1000mm long edging panel in weathering steel, commonly known as corten, for building perfectly straight, long-lasting planters and raised beds. Made from 2mm steel plate with a twice-folded angular top profile and return foot, the Zero-Flex design stays rigid under soil pressure with no bowing or flexing. The rounded-edge 46mm square top is child and pet friendly, and joins sit discreetly behind the panel face for a clean, seamless finish. At 560mm tall, the panel builds waist-height beds and planter boxes with deep root room and far less bending to tend them, and the system is virtually maintenance free once established. Weathering steel develops its character over time: panels arrive in a dark, near-black state, and once installed and washed with warm soapy water the surface gradually forms an even, rust-toned protective patina over weeks to months depending on the weather. Two fixing options are available: a universal bracing set with turnbuckle that hooks into the bracing rib, or a ground anchor set joining post to panel at top and foot. Weighs 10.8kg.
