Corten Weathering Steel Raised Garden Bed Kit 400mm Rigid 2.16m 2-Pack The Straightcurve Rigid raised garden bed kit is a complete 2-piece system in weathering steel, commonly known as corten, for building raised beds with crisp straight lines, 400mm high and 2160mm long once installed. The Rigid design features an 8mm rounded, double-rolled continuous top edge that holds a perfectly straight line, with connector plates and pre-set guide holes for precise, discreet joins between boards. The rolled top is child and pet friendly, and the system is virtually maintenance free once established. The kit includes two Rigid garden bed boards, ten 300mm fixing spikes and four universal bracing sets — everything needed to install quickly without specialist tools. Weathering steel transforms over time: boards arrive in a dark, near-black state, and after installation a wash with warm soapy water encourages an even, rust-toned protective patina to develop over weeks to months depending on the weather. Total kit weight 36.4kg. Part of the Straightcurve range alongside Flex panels for curved beds and Zero-Flex straight panels.
