Corten Weathering Steel Curved Raised Garden Bed Kit 400mm x 2.16m Flex The Straightcurve Flex raised garden bed kit is a complete 2-piece system in weathering steel, commonly known as corten, for building smoothly curved raised beds and planters 400mm high and 2160mm long once installed. Unlike the Zero-Flex straight panel system, Flex panels use a notched edge design that bends into flowing curves and holds its shape once positioned, with precision-engineered joining flanges for a perfect fit and seamless finish. The kit includes two Flex garden bed boards, ten 300mm fixing spikes and four universal bracing sets — everything needed to install without specialist tools. The 8mm rounded top edge is child and pet friendly, and the system is virtually maintenance free once established. Weathering steel transforms over time: panels arrive in a dark, near-black state, and after installation a wash with warm soapy water encourages an even, rust-toned protective patina to develop over weeks to months depending on the weather. Total kit weight 36.4kg. Ideal for curved lawn borders, flower beds and organic-shaped landscaping designs.
