Rinato Composite Fence & Gate Infill Board 3.6m Anthracite Capped The Rinato composite fence and gate infill board in anthracite is a second-generation wood plastic composite (WPC) board in an extra-long 3.6m length, measuring 3600mm x 150mm x 21mm. At double the standard 1.82m length it spans wide gates and long fence runs with half the joins, and cuts down cleanly to suit any panel width — so a run can be set out to the opening rather than to the board. A woodgrain finish in a deep anthracite grey gives timber texture in a dark, contemporary tone, and because the board is made from FSC certified recycled wood and recycled polypropylene there is no painting, staining or annual treatment. Unlike first-generation boards that split, fade and absorb moisture, it carries a 360-degree second-generation Capstock shield: a high-grade polymer skin wrapped right around the hollow core. Dark tones show fading fastest, so the UV resistance matters most here, and the cap also resists staining, scratching, rot and mould. That moisture resistance suits low-to-ground runs, garden borders and areas around pools and hot tubs where timber would rot or warp, and the boards are splinter-free, flammability tested and deflect noise well. As gate infills they sit horizontally or vertically in a steel gate frame; as fencing they slot between aluminium posts and rails, or into existing concrete posts using 48mm post inserts. Weighs 9kg per board. Upkeep is an occasional wash with soapy water. Allow an expansion gap at the start and end of every board for temperature movement.
