Cooking directly in front of the customer raises customer awareness about your product offering showing food is freshly cooked and can be cooked to individual requirements. Ideal for use in Shopping Malls, Contract catering, Event Catering, School meals etc Features; Compact size & Mobile - allows the appliance to be stored away and brought when required Front venting system - Unlike side venting appliance the unit can be bespoke made to any lenght to suit the customers requirements 4 stage filtration system - with Zeolith and Active carbon filtration system - removes unwanted smells and blue smoke. Carbon filters easily removable for exchange or cleaning Can be used with any Ubert Front cooking appliances shown in this section Low front glass and cooking height - allows easy viewing of food being cooked Includes 1 x 32amp (415v) 1 x 16amp (415v) + 1 x 230v socket All stainless steel finish as standard but can be supplied with decorative panelling on request Supplied with castors as standard - 2 braked
